• Put corners together
• Put stud in wall corner insert
• Put short and long rails into corners
• Test the fit around the through the wall AC or the window frame housing the through the window AC
• Once the fit is confirmed run two sided tape around outside perimeter of wall side of product
• Place rubber gasket on outer edge using the two sided tape to hold it in place; the inside edge of the gasket has one smooth side and one with a bumpout edge.  The smooth side should be on the outside adhering to the two sided tape.
• Place the plastic hangers on the studs with the open side facing up
• Put one sticky dot on each corner and place the product on the wall or window frame
• Add self tapping screw if needed
• Remove product from the hangers and place it face down on the corner of the foam cover provided. 
• Press firmly making a impression in the foam cover.
• Using a straight edge mark the foam for cutting
• Cut the foam and place in the front side of the product
• Put product back on the wall
